PANIC Training & Consultancy
CONSULTANT PROFILE
PATRICIA NICHOLLS MIHM; MBILD; AIfL
I have spent over 15 years working in the NHS as a Practice Manager for three very different Practices in Dorset, Lincolnshire and Hampshire, the last 6 years I have been a founding Partner in PANIC Training and Consultancy working with Primary Care, Primary Care Organisations, Health Boards and Secondary Care across England, Northern Ireland and Wales.
PANIC Training and Consultancy evolved through the development of changes within the NHS; it has gone on to provide training and business development in both the Private and Public Sector.
I have developed a good working relationship with a large number of clients who have employed the company to deliver their training, mentorship of their senior staff members and the development of programmes for staff at all levels.
A list of clients can be provided if requested.
I have has also worked with differing companies who have required assistance with business planning, budget setting, budget control and reviewing their current service provision with a view to extending their client database.
I deliver NVQ Assessing and Internal Verification in Management, Business & Administration, Team Leading, Customer Service, Health & Social Care (Primary and Secondary Care), Computer Skills both for the NHS and Commercial Businesses.
I am a member of IHM first having joined when it was A.M.G.P.; I also sat on the Board for IHM Trent Region for two years from 1998 to 2000. In 2007 I became a member of the British Institute for Learning and Development and I am currently working towards obtaining a Fellowship within BILD. I am also an associate member of the Institute for Learning.
I also work as an associate for other training providers, delivering both NHS and commercial training packages.
All of the above requires a deep understanding of the way that businesses are moving forward. I see change as a challenge to be ‘built on’ and to be developed in line with other business strategies.
