ISO9001 Quality Management System
A successful organisation needs to:
· Identify and meet the needs and expectations of its customers and other interested parties, i.e. employees, suppliers, owners, and society to achieve a competitive advantage, and to do this in an effective and efficient manner
· Achieve, maintain and improve overall performance and capabilities.
The application of the ISO 9001:2000 standard can help you achieve these objectives.
A typical project will include:
· Explanation of the requirements to senior personnel and all staff.
· Compliance audit and action plan.
· Full documentation set, guaranteed to meet the requirements of the standard.
· Training on data collection and continual improvement methods.
· Auditor training
· A full system audit and management review meeting in readiness for your third party assessment..
Industry Specific and Product Standards
Various standards have been produced that are based on ISO9001, but are specific to individual industry types i.e. aeronautical, automotive, computer software etc. We are happy to undertake projects to enable an organisation to meet these Standards.
Health & Safety (OHSAS18001)
All aspects of health and safety are covered in accordance with the Health and Safety at Work Act (HASAW 1974) and current legislation, including:-
· Initial audit and reporting
· Health & Safety Policy manual and additional documentation
· Risk analysis training/guidance
A H&S management system may be established in accordance with OHSAS18001 (certifiable system).
ISO14001 Environmental Management
The stages of the project are broadly as described for installation of an ISO9001 system with the addition of disciplines related to specific environmental aspects.
Integrated systems
Where a company have elements of the three management systems referenced above in place, they can be integrated into one management system. This will make administration far easier, and reduces the likelihood of errors.
